- Click on Submit a request at the top right corner
- Enter your email address
- Subject of the ticket (Be specific)
- Description (please be as detailed as possible on this)
- Categorize the ticket (Bug Report, Mobile Software, etc: Please be specific with this one too)
- Attach any pictures if needed
- Click Submit
